Be a part of it
A summer to remember
After the credit crunch, Copenhagen and a cold winter, you might think being green has gone out of fashion. But being efficient with resources still makes a lot of sense - for the planet and your bottom line.
That's why Green Britain Day returned on 17 June 2010, to kick off a summer of events aimed at encouraging us all to think and act greener.
This year, we're keeping it simple by focusing on the areas where you can most easily make a real difference - Home and work, Travel and Food. And to help you take the next steps towards a smaller carbon footprint, our Team Green Britain partners have some inspirational ideas for you to get involved in.
